1-1 Private yoga instruction is a wonderful way for you to get full attention and direction from your instructor. Whether you are a beginner or at intermediate -advanced level. I will personally tailor make your sessions to meet your individual needs. Yoga has so many benefits for the mind and body and there are many different reasons why people seek yoga. Whether you are looking for more flexibility and strength, healing, to lower your stress levels or find a deeper spiritual connection within, I will plan sessions to target those areas.

Mudra are hand gestures usually used in meditation to enhance peace and wellbeing. You will learn about the benefits of Mudra and how and when to use them.

Energizing dynamic yoga to promote release of toxins, strengthen and tone the muscle, reduce fat on the body and improve flexibility.

Whether you are in a harmonious relationship or need a little help and healing, my 1-1 partner sessions will help you to reconnect. Relationships shrive on unconditional non judgmental love. kindness, compassion, trust and patience is also much needed. Yoga will open your heart for a deeper connection and understanding to bring balance in your relationship with your loved one.

Asanas specifically chosen to deal with the symptoms of the menopause. Whether you are peri, in menopause or post, my menopause yoga class will help to boost estrogen levels as well as a range of happy hormones. Asanas will calm your mind and bring clarity, boost your brain focus and cool you down. Mudra is used to enhance practice.

An educational and active class where you will learn more in-depth of how yoga can balance the hormones.

Steer clear of viruses and infections with this immune system boosting class. Also great after infection or anytime your immune system is low.

Yin / restorative Yoga with meditation.
Duration 1 or 1.5 hrs.
A series of postures that are very calming and restore energy.
Perfect for bringing balance into your practice, for healing, and releasing blocked emotions or when recovering from a illness. We will also explore a Pranayama (breathing technique).

Yoga for pregnancy (pre natal).
Duration 1 or 1.5 hrs.
Yoga whilst pregnant helps you to stay grounded, calm and secure by preparing your mind and body for your birth and will keep growing baby happy and grounded too!!
You will also build strength and resilience. You can bond with your baby even from when they are growing in your tummy .
Class includes guided mediation to balance chakras and help you to connect with your growing bundle of joy.
