You will learn proper Yogic breathing to calm and still mind. We will work through a series of foundational postures to introduce you to correct alignment. You will learn about all the wonderful benefits yoga has to offer for your optimal health and fitness. There will be some Philosophy thrown in too!!! Each week, students will see steady progression in their bodies and minds.
